Incompetent project engineers and engineering managers. Some of these guys have no idea of the work process, but still try to exert influence
No opportunities for growth - department managers do not allow engineers to move to proect even if they are interested.
Department is too over-crowded at the top
Lack of substantial communication
No recognition for hard work
Lot of incompetent people hired
Senior management can seem impersonal
