      Pros

      Great company and they respect personal life. Great opportunity to grow and learn. Be prepared to be a SQL admin, security admin, IT help desk, application support and being able to due accounting processing. After all tasks are complete from other titles then you are the systems administrator when time allows to support and improve IT infrastructure.

      Cons

      Doing multiple jobs at once. Need to hire more IT personnel. Do not expect a whole lot of free time and plan to work after hours often. Doing more than job description.
