Pros

In terms of work-life balance, quality of people around me, the quality of the work, and general camaraderie of my team, I don't think I've had a better place to work than at KCG's Chicago office.

Cons

The company is being bought out. KCG will cease to exist by the end of the year. The office and some of its people. At still be aroun, but under entirely different management.

Technology a focus, relaxed culture, lots of little things that made employees want to be there. Overall a good place to work.

Cons

Sometimes communication with management was lacking. Not much contact with senior management. Adversarial relationship between old Getco employees and old Knight employees.
