Pros
Lots of diversity in their projects & staff demographic. Fully embraces emerging technologies. Top management is approachable and available to staff at all levels. They do a good job at employee engagement for a company that is as big and spread out as they are. Benefit package is excellent (except for medical)
Cons
KCI staff is feeling a bit lost as a result of recent restructuring to the service lines and the accounting platform. The company feels very siloed and the culture no longer feels unified. To be clear, not in the level of service provided to clients, just internal operations. It's a transitional period, but the guidance and updates from upper management has not been well thought out or consistent causing a lot of frustration for the staff. Mid level leadership seems to be operating without a lot of corporate oversight. There has been a definite shift from well-oiled machine to low functioning chaos.
