      Great opportunities to learn and grow as a young engineer but those seemed to be more limited for upper level folks and senior engineers

      KCI is one of the best employee owned multi-discipline engineering company

      You will never out of work if you go out looking for one. The upper management supports anybody who wants to explore other type of works because they understand the evolution and diversity in the workplace. Anyone can become a project leader. KCI is ISO 9001:2008 Certified. Employee stocks are going up higher each year.

      Cons

      They don't use the traditional ranks or positions which is confusing to a beginner.
