Pros

Flexible schedule, Employee stock ownership, close relationships with other employees working in your field or on your projects, small office feel.

Cons

No/limited opportunities for advancement, no interaction of staff within different practices or outside of local office. Does not promote training for lower level employees. Disgruntled older staff create negative energy in offices and for entry level/newer employees, sick time & vacation time bundled.

Pros

You will never out of work if you go out looking for one. The upper management supports anybody who wants to explore other type of works because they understand the evolution and diversity in the workplace. Anyone can become a project leader. KCI is ISO 9001:2008 Certified. Employee stocks are going up higher each year.

Cons

They don't use the traditional ranks or positions which is confusing to a beginner.
