Amazing flexibility

Pros

An immense amount of flexibility on working hours. Always busy. Comfortable working environment. Knowledgeable yet personable supervisors. Excellent opportunity to advance.

Cons

Smaller workforce can sometimes mean an inflated workload per employee. Slightly lower pay than some competition (made up for by the flexibility).

Pros

Flexible schedule, Employee stock ownership, close relationships with other employees working in your field or on your projects, small office feel.

Cons

No/limited opportunities for advancement, no interaction of staff within different practices or outside of local office. Does not promote training for lower level employees. Disgruntled older staff create negative energy in offices and for entry level/newer employees, sick time & vacation time bundled.
