Pros

Challenging projects where employees have autonomy and ability to drive success. Leadership is well communicating vision, strategic plan, and business plans to achieve goals. ESOP returns additional 6% of salary per year as stock and stock value grows +/-25% per year - a great retirement plan. Managers trust their people, giving all the empowerment to find success and deliver great work. Full services engineering team builds great collaborative and knowledgeable teams. Employees are promoted based on merit and success. Very flexible work environment where personal lives and work/life balance is prioritized. Employees are treated fairly and emphasis is placed on balancing hard work with enjoyable team culture and supportive teams. Compensation is generally above the standards of other comparable and smaller companies.

Cons

Not many - HR and Accounting systems are in the process to be updated and will help when complete.
