Pros
This was my first job out of college, I loved what I was doing and the people I worked with.
Cons
This company does not value their workers. I was extremely underpaid for my specific job title and experience. Additionally the management was changing at my time of employment causing an extreme shortage of work and constant arguments between leadership. Management does not care who worked for them as long as it met the minimum objective, don’t expect to be able to grow in this company. They use you and throw you away
