Laid back culture. No micromanagement.
Cons
Employee turnover is high across the board. Administrative people are not very well respected in the company. If you work in Accounting, marketing , etc. this probably isn't a good place for you unless you are just looking to coast through and not looking for any career advancement potential. This is not a place for an ambitious person that isn't an engineer. Expect to stay in the same position forever. They will lead you to believe there is opportunity, but there is not. It is a job to nowhere.
