Pros
Upper management truly cares about the lives of their employees outside of work. Employees are given a lot of flexibility with their hours, time off and workload as long as they communicate. Work events are planned out perfectly by an awesome team and they always remind me of the family environment they work hard to achieve. KCW has an open door policy with their upper management and it makes it very easy to communicate with them. My concerns have always been respected and addressed and I am constantly being given the opportunity to expand my knowledge and better my career.
Cons
There are not a ton of titles in the company, so moving up is more monetary based and less promotion (to a new title) based. I have noticed them working on that. The work is extremely detail oriented and there is a huge learning curve. Health insurance benefits could be better.
