Positive work environment filled with growing opportunities
Pros
Upper management is very open to feedback and listens to employee concerns. Remote work is flexible, but also has the option to work in the office some days if you want. There is a lot of room for growing and learning at KETIV. The team is very open with each other! I have worked places where tenured employees aren't as engaged and excited, and it is the exact opposite here. Employees are excited to help one another and love welcoming new team members! This is also an extremely diverse work environment.
Cons
Remote work can be difficult, there are a ton of employees that work in different states. It's great that we have the ability to hire great talent, no matter their location. So long as you have a positive attitude about this, this isn't a huge issue!
