Smart people who are dedicated to their jobs and honestly want to do what is best for their clients. Casual environment with collaborative spirit

Cons

Lack of clear focus on building new teams, casual atmosphere fosters an environment that promotes a lack of discipline and ultimately hurts the ability of team members to hit their goals

Very Open to listen to needs of employer and super flexible with work location, provide phone, laptop and Mileage, not micro-managers.

Cons

Little Conversations from management as to how you are doing, time-off could be longer and more availability with other employees
