Pros

decent pay for the kind of job. Everyone seems nice. There is lots of room for growth of willing to sacrifice your time.

Cons

50+ hours a week on salary. The team members are hard to keep.

Pros

I started in high school as a cook. During college I became a shift supervisor After college I became the assistant manager. People complain about fast food jobs, and pay, but you get what you put in. I love my store, my boss, my crew. We are a family, we fight, tick each other off, and complain. But we also look out for each other and help each other out.

Cons

Working with a lot of minors and childish adults can be taxing. But those that care and try, help to ease the situation.
