Pros

Friendly team and most of the managers and team members are really close, fairly easy once you get the hang of it, discount on food, usually really fun as there's always a big team on, learn lots of different skills as there's different jobs you can do there, able to do extra training and courses through the company for free, help to raise money for charities and other various causes, pay is good compared to some similar industries, pretty chilled and easy to make friends!

Cons

Angry customers, can be really stressful, hours are irregular, often get really smelly and dirty, gets really hot in summer and really cold in winter, quite tiring, some managers are rude, hours get cut as you get older, some jobs are really disgusting/boring!

Sometimes it's hard to coordinate your schedule, the schedule is posted on paper so you have to call in or come in to find out your schedule
