      Pros

      You always have to keep yourself busy. If there is no customer, you have to find initiative to do other duties such as fulfilling shelves, cleaning tables etc. Overall there is a lot of effort required. However the pay is worth it

      Hot and fast pace environment May not suitable for those who dont like working in contact with food Your hair. clothes get all the smell even if you work as a front counter

      Good staff, minimal work at times, lots of shifts if you're young, flexible with taking shifts off and holidays, you can eat anything you want after close if your manager is not mean

      Cons

      Once you get older they'll probably do wrong by you over and give you no shifts, barely any recognition for hard work, managers have clear favourites, lots of gossip
