- Pay- minimum wage, unequal pay compared to others my age... I filed a complaint and nearly 3 months later still no comment on KFC's part... - Customers- so much abuse and ill mannered people I had to deal with - Hygiene- it's not as hygienic as it should be, nobody actually followed proper procedures for washing hands or throwing out side order etc (small things they could get away with) - Conditions- you're expected to work for 6 hours with only 15 mins break to sit down, that's ridiculous! - Courtesy- this depends on your colleagues but most of mine including managers were Asian and would always have conversations in their native language which was just rude, especially if they were clearly talking about someone! - Stress- I decided to stop working on weekends especially evenings due to me working in a small express store, the queues would be out the door, we'd run out of products and customers and managers would get angry at the situation and it caused too much stress and strain on front of house staff

the heat of the kitchen it is very warm and uncomfortable at times some of the customers are twisted
