      - Managers and shift supervisors at my store seem to genuinely care about employees - Surprisingly good pay (got 18.50 as 18 year old) - Work not too full-on except during peak hours (lunch/3pm when all the schoolkids come) - The team members in my store were all super nice and we became close outside of work so it was a really relaxed environment - 10% discount at all stores, 50% discount during a shift - Got to take free food home if you closed - Hours not too bad at a food court store: latest finish is usually 6pm and earliest start for team member is 10am - Training is paid (most of it anyway, had to finish up some at home but only took 30mins) - They stick to rostered hours quite well, never had to stay back past my shift and always started on time

      Cons

      - It's rare to get a shift on weekends if you are 18+ bcos the schoolkids can work = can really on work on weekdays which means not much shifts if you have uni/other commitments - Work can get boring at times - Not enough opportunities to be trained on other stations + no rotation of work (I've only worked on the register, and people cooking have not worked at the front for a long time)
