      Pros

      They pay for overtime and are very strict on customer service.

      Cons

      Some store, mangers and supervisors tend to be a little irrational in their decision making and conflict resolution. They have straight eight hour shifts with only half and hour break for eating and most times, as generally all stores are short-staffed, you will get called from your half to return to work. There is also a lot of store politics that causes a rift between team member and manager or supervisor.

      Very nice team, very friendly, easy to settle in. Suitable part time job for students who need a bit of spare money.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunities to progress, very routine, repetitive type of job.
