      Pros

      Deployed on a client place hence get very less chance to interact with the core team. HR is responsive and provides salary on time.

      Cons

      Getting salary on time is not the only thing that matters. There is not added fringe benefits and food coupons .

      Pros

      I recon this place very challenging. But I love this challenge. During my tenure in this org I have been lucky to work on varied projects with strict deadlines. Salary on time and other HR benefits are also a reason of liking this place.

      Cons

      Meeting deadlines sometimes become very tough for us. No Incentives or extra pay.

      Pros

      I have been into this organisation for last 3 years, during these course of journey what I have experienced is that this is a highly paced and challenging work place. Team leaders and managers are cooperative but at the same time they need results. Compensation and remuneration are good.

      Cons

      Too much pace sometimes makes the environment supper competitive which is on other hand is not a good part of this organisation.
