Pros
Ability to move up in inside sales. If you are hitting the numbers and working hard, you can become ISS.
Cons
Where do I being... Management picks favorites, it's VERY noticeable. Training program is awful - some of the managers don't even know what ISS does (better to rely on the Seniors on the floor if you have questions). Also, expectations change EVERY week...difficult to keep up with when this role is project based.
