Pay is among the lowest in Manitowoc Health insurance is garbage. Pay a lot and dont get much to show for it. Culture Upper Management (UM) needs to go. The plant manager role has been a revolving door. UM does employee satisfaction surveys which go as poorly as one could imagine, make promises to change things, and never do. Then they don't understand why they cannot get people to stay or recruit people to come. The CEO cannot even thank the employees for all of our hard work unless he is reading it poorly off a piece of paper. No emotion, it's just meaningless words to him While they help employees through tuition reimbursement, they stubbornly refuse to use employees in the areas that they studied in. The manitowoc plant will not be around for too much longer
