      Pros

      Great coworkers, flexibility and fast paced environment. Exciting company to be part of due to continued growth and new projects/improvements. The organization is very transparent and employees at all levels see goals, financials and know their part in achieving success. Casual work environment - the ability to wear shorts/jeans is appreciated. Good job stability.

      Cons

      Summers are long and hot but realize it can't be helped due to customer orders. Sometimes the bureacracy can get in the way of progress.
