I do not have many cons to say during my experience. I would've preferred team meetings on a more regular weekly or bi-weekly basis as opposed to once a month

Company genuinely cares about YOU more than I have seen a company do. Really allow people to own their space. Amazing work life balance and putting their actions where their words are.

Cons

Grown from a startup to a mid sized company, with lots of opportunities, but that also makes it exciting to be apart of.
