I love the people I work with and the work I am doing. It is challenging but offers me the opportunity to explore my role. Benefits are amazing (KIND snack bars each quarter, 5 paid days a year to volunteer, tuition assistance, great PTO package).

Cons

None that I can think of. I truly enjoy my job.
