      free KIND bars, fun events

      Cons

      a lot of wear and tear on your car, lots of lifting, driving unpaid all over the area for 3 hour shifts (they reimburse you for mileage, but you might end up driving 45 mins each way, so your shift takes 4.5 hours, but you get paid for 3 essentially.) It's a lot of work. You end up subsidizing KIND a lot because they want you to do things but don't want to pay you.

      Pros

      The brand speaks for itself, as everyone on the team is on the mission to be KIND! They have a non-traditional work schedule and they partner with really cool organizations.

      Cons

      There are some months that are slower than others (for example, summer is really busy, but winter months are more quiet).
