Working at KIND is the greatest experience of my career. The culture at KIND is truly unique, and incredibly special. At KIND, team members have endless opportunities to grow professionally. KIND provides the resources team members need to advance their careers, whether it’s through continuous support in your job, or outlets for participating in trainings and earning certifications. KIND is a place where you are encouraged to be innovative, while also having opportunities to shape your job to reflect the personal goals that you want to achieve. KIND provides everyone with opportunities to make an impact, and it is extremely gratifying to work for a company which not only creates the highest quality products, but that also has an incredible social mission. Team members have opportunities to actively support the KIND foundation, which includes participating in days of service where the entire company volunteers in our local communities. KIND is working every day to create initiatives that drive positive social change, including KIND people, KIND causes, Empatico (to name a few), and I appreciate that team members are always updated on the impact these causes have. The perks are hard to beat (from massages, to yoga classes, to summer hours), but nothing can top working in an environment where the people you work with are kind, and are passionate about making the world a better place, one tasty snack (and good act) at a time.
