Pros
Some pros of working at KIPP MA is that I feel like the work culture as of now is great. There is the possibility to move from one role to another if something opens up and working in a different department.
Cons
Some cons are the pay. Although, I feel like they make it so that everyone is getting paid fairly it makes it so that it's harder for people to negotiate salaries since they don't want people doing similar roles to get paid different amounts unless there's a clear difference in experience and how long they have been in the company for.
