Pros

Great pay and benefits, full week off for Thanksgiving, winter break, February week long break, and spring break!! Friendly teachers. 25 kids in each class.

Cons

Zero behavior management support, zero autonomy in classroom, awful leaders that are fake to impress regional office team but don’t support their own staff, promotions based on popularity not achievement
