Pros

On your best days, the kids, the city, and the coworkers make your job feel more like family than work

Cons

Expanding too fast too soon, a shallowing talent pool, and low teacher pay relative to other CMOs have led to achievement stagnation / slow decline and a mentality that as long as we are better than the average school, we are doing well.
