Pros

Plenty of money to get needed supplies

Cons

-unequal treatment of employees and students -the lack of management is known around the region. -many teachers quit teaching after working at KIPP because the experience working there is so terrible -they employ teachers that reinforce and promote gender stereotypes -you will witness children being bullied by teachers and admin. When addressed they make an excuse.

Pros

The teachers work really well together Everyone help each other out

Cons

Administration expects teachers to be guidance counselor, social worker, nurse, and parents to the students. While this is expected at some level, the amount times teachers must play these other roles is not healthy at all.
