Competent developers who do not hesitate to help their colleagues Constantly improving the code base as well as the development process Flexible work environment Management asks for feedback and handles it well Great care is taken when recruiting developers to make sure the teams stay productive Cool product
Cons
All developers in the backend team work remotely, I think this is mostly a pro but to some this could be less ideal
