Dealing with our clients is better than dealing with the leadership.

Cons

All employees of Kitsch hate dealing with the hostile and problematic leadership of this company. We’d rather deal with some of our worst and most demanding clients than with our leaders who always sound condescending and rude. They’re always hostile and speak to employees in a toxic and insulting tone.

Working at KITSCH was, without a question, the worst experience of my professional life. We were constantly pressured to work ridiculous hours, with zero respect for work-life balance. Employees who are vocal are gaslit, made to feel small, criticized for their tone, demeaned, and ignored. The pay is worse than competitors, as are the benefits. This is by far the worst place I have work in my entire life.
