      Sky-high demands with nothing to show for it

      Pros

      Nothing worth mentioning. Working here only drains your motivation and leaves you regretting the decision.

      Cons

      The expectations are outrageous, yet the pay is insulting and the benefits are barely worth mentioning. Advancement feels impossible, no matter how hard you work. Management is difficult to deal with — controlling, dismissive, and quick to criticize while offering no real support.

      Pros

      Been switching stores for the last couple of months and I thought this would be another sales gig. Underwent the usual sales training and brand introduction but immediately noticed that the people around me were a lot friendlier. Surprised that this was the norm and quickly warmed up to my coworkers. I've been here for more than a year and no plans of leaving

      Pros

      Positive work atmosphere, nice co-workers, and knowledgeable management. My team members are passionate about their work and they care for one another's success. I think that's something rare nowadays, and I am glad we have it here in this company. As graphic designer, I love the fact that there is no micromanagement. I can go creative without hesitation; I know we always have productive discussions about each project. I also like the weekly payment system. The compensation is competitive.
