Pros

Great team and amazing work culture, positive outlook, growth opportunities. A company that is on a mission to be the best in the market. Working at a Beauty & Personal Accessories Stores requires passion, hard work and determination! The current team in place has all this and more! Be part of a great team.

Cons

Not everyone understands Beauty & Personal Accessories Stores and what is required to be successful. Most young associates give up to soon and do not want to take direction. Quitters never Win!

Pros

None there is nothing good about this place.

Cons

This job is a total nightmare from the start. Nothing is organized, everything changes on a whim, and the owner makes up rules as they go. You’re constantly scrambling just to keep up, and it’s exhausting. You’re basically on call 24/7. Taking time off is a joke, and the “flexible vacation” they brag about is completely fake. Micromanagement is insane. The owner hovers over every move, gives step-by-step instructions, and ignores your ideas. Even when you do everything right, things get changed behind your back and somehow it’s your fault. The anxiety from all this never leaves you.
