Pros

Busy, but creative atmosphere, shared culture. Friendly team, this truly creates a family environment where everybody is ready to help. Learning support, professional development possibilities are endless. Feeling a sense of accomplishment when I am up against a deadline, it really motivates when my boss appreciates the work I do and thanks me for the hard work at the end of the day. Rewarding working environment, also I’m happy with my salary and benefits package.

Cons

Workload and pressure. It is my first experience. I may have felt overworked, but I took continuous, productive action to keep growing. It’s much better now, my work at KITSCH sparked my interest and creativity.

Pros

We have a good work atmosphere at KITSCH. I've never worked in a company with this much support before, the experience as a starter has been the best, honestly. The training provided and the team communication are excellent. Good conditions, a sensible compensation system, including performance-based bonuses. I feel deeply rewarded; it is the best I could ask for in a company.

Cons

The cons are high workload and occasional extra miles (usually discussed in advance).

There were good employees kind enough to teach and guide you if you're new to the company.

Cons

Anyone can get fired without warning from management. A lot of my colleagues were gone before I actually got to know them better. It was sad coz they were the ones who taught me everything I needed to know because the supervisor was too busy to care!!
