Pros

None there is nothing good about this place.

Cons

This job is a total nightmare from the start. Nothing is organized, everything changes on a whim, and the owner makes up rules as they go. You’re constantly scrambling just to keep up, and it’s exhausting. You’re basically on call 24/7. Taking time off is a joke, and the “flexible vacation” they brag about is completely fake. Micromanagement is insane. The owner hovers over every move, gives step-by-step instructions, and ignores your ideas. Even when you do everything right, things get changed behind your back and somehow it’s your fault. The anxiety from all this never leaves you.

Pros

∙ the work is genuinely beautiful — packaging, social, campaigns. you’re proud to put your name on it ∙ fast-moving environment where your work actually ships and you can see the impact ∙ collaborative creative team, no ego, everyone wants the output to be good ∙ strong brand POV from leadership makes design direction clear and consistent ∙ lots of variety across packaging, digital, social, and brand — you’re not doing the same thing every day ∙ real growth happening at the company, which means interesting new challenges keep coming

Cons

∙ it’s a fast pace and processes are still catching up to the company’s growth — you have to be comfortable with some ambiguity ∙ not the right fit if you prefer a more structured, slower environment

Negative Attitude of the Colleagues Was Hard to Avoid

Pros

I don't think that anyone who wants to work in a positive work ambiance would like to work at Kitsch. It's that bad.

Cons

Some of my colleagues had the worst attitude. These awfully arrogant and evil people thought they were better than everyone else and left no opportunity to make their colleagues feel bad. The constant comparisons were terrible and mentally exhausting. I could not handle it for long and left sooner than planned to avoid the misery.
