Good starting out company in the beauty industry, guaranteed hours because of high turnover and some friendly people, great place to be if you like to be treated like a child again

Cons

Everything about this place is horrible. Rude and entitled attitudes within all the ranks including management. Business owners bring their personal issues to the workplace, making it awkward for the staff. If you're reading my review and decide to apply for a job at KITSCH, you'll soon realize that all the 1 star reviews are real and the 5 star reviewsd are all fake.

Kitsch is 100% Job Work/Life Balance, Management and colleagues are very supportive and friendly. I'm very happy that I'm part of KITSCH family. This is a great company to work with.

Cons

The company is growing so fast, it is hard to get to know the new people but management tries hard with team building exercises every Friday.

Good onboarding, I’ve received full support from the very beginning in whatever I wanted to learn or try. I was able to discuss everything and it was helpful for me. Creative atmosphere and interesting tasks, there’s always something new to solve. Fantastic team, super smart people around me (and lots of young people), cool training, communication with customers, and great communication between the team members. The company provides good salary and benefits: PTO, health coverage, ongoing learning support. Our management believes that what is beneficial for the employee is beneficial for the whole company.

Cons

As I am a student sometimes it’s difficult to manage my study life balance.
