Pros

You'll have solid commitment on what you do, your work, and always do your best in everything that's given to you.

Cons

This job including too much responsibilities that would make you working 24/7. You can't say no when something comes up and you have to be ready anytime you're needed no matter where you are and what you're doing.

Pros

Regular and on time pay plus overtime work was paid. I also met some great people here at Kitsch who became my true friends.

Cons

Even when overtime pay was being paid, it wasn't enough to make me stay longer. Having no time left to spend with family and friends made me depressed and lonely and I couldn't go on like that so I had to make a difficult decision to leave my job here at Kitsch.

Pros

If you face good clients, then it's not so bad. But that's the only best case scenario.

Cons

Thanks to the awful management, my co-workers and I were all stressed and exhausted. We are all overloaded with responsibilities that shouldn't be ours, and we are all forced to work brutally long hours. The role creep is terrible because employees can't really complain as the managers will just ignore you if you do.
