Pros

Learn how to collaborate with other coworkers. You also learn how to work with the most unorganized & difficult people.

Cons

Over exhausting 40-50+ hours a week, impossible tasks to complete per day even had to work on weekends yet receive a minimum wage. You need to make sure you meet your numbers and they really push you! Managers don't know how to manage and how to handle their employees. They show favoritism and it's very unethical.

Pros

The training provided was okay.

Cons

It was tough to handle clients on a daily basis. They were quite irritating and expected too much. Dealing with difficult clients daily made me think that I was not doing something productive other than appeasing those who were angry.
