They have great clients that provide a different scale of projects.

Cons

Management is a complete mess; lacks leadership skills, and the ability to effectively run a business. Staff are overworked, under appreciated and burnout comes quickly creating a cyclical pattern of employees coming and going. Everyone leaves overwhelmed. All the negative reviews that people have put are 100% true, BEWARE.

As an employee, you will get plenty of project exposure at this workplace. It can be a good thing for some people.

Cons

The company is chasing growth quickly. The leadership isn't doing well in keeping everyone in the loop. As a result, most employees feel left out. The amount of stress an employee has to endure has also risen considerably. Employees' work-life balance has become poor, and many can't handle the insane pressure. For them, the only way to avoid the terrible pressure is to quit. So, they do. Things would be different if the upper management adopted changes in a better manner.

Working at KITSCH was, without a question, the worst experience of my professional life. We were constantly pressured to work ridiculous hours, with zero respect for work-life balance. Employees who are vocal are gaslit, made to feel small, criticized for their tone, demeaned, and ignored. The pay is worse than competitors, as are the benefits. This is by far the worst place I have work in my entire life.
