The company culture and working environment of Kitsch are amazing! My colleagues are a joy to work with as well. They are highly collaborative and very open-minded. The bosses are the same— they motivate us to become better at what we do as they always welcome new ideas from us and are extremely receptive to our individual needs. If you thrive on a creative and learning environment— and value your work life balance, then Kitsch is the best place for you.

It could be okay for people who are just starting their careers.

Cons

The workplace is only good for people who are either fresh out of college and can join any company for exposure or money-hungry people who want to work for many hours straight to earn extra. I couldn't find any learning or growth here.

I have seriously no cons for this company. I have been a VA for a number of years now and I have never experienced anything as good as compared to Kitsch.
