- Leadership at Kitsch is outrageous and suffocating, acting like control freaks with no sense of respect - They micromanage every move, stripping employees of independence and trust - Personal and professional boundaries are constantly trampled without a second thought - Conversations with leadership are dismissive, rude, and demoralizing, leaving employees feeling disrespected and powerless

I don't think spending time here did me any good. It was probably the worst job experience ever.

Cons

The work environment was toxic, and the leaders were awfully hostile. They paid a poor salary and expected us to handle insane workloads. They didn't even let us take some time off during emergencies. It was brutal and exhausting. Beware!
