Pros

The company provided an average salary. It wasn't a really noteworthy feature, but it was adequate for the work I was performing.

Cons

The CEO's confused approach to communication often left employees, feeling unsatisfied and unwilling to go the extra mile. The company had the potential to excel, but without clear and effective communication channels, it was easy to feel lost in the shuffle. The CEO's lack of transparency and failure to provide clear direction resulted in a disconnect between the company's vision and the actions taken by employees. It was disheartening to see such potential go untapped due to the CEO's unwillingness to address the communication issues head-on.

Pros

If you possess the outgoing, networking characteristics, it was one of the easier lucrative career paths to get into. Great commission. Nice people. Good work life balance.

Cons

Poor uper management structure, abusive behavior, disrespectful CEO. Overall, this company has a lot of potential, but recently they have been falling off the track. They fired and lost 70% of employees that were working there when I was a current employee. Leadership is horrible and they need a lot of training.

Pros

Learn how to collaborate with other coworkers. You also learn how to work with the most unorganized & difficult people.

Cons

Over exhausting 40-50+ hours a week, impossible tasks to complete per day even had to work on weekends yet receive a minimum wage. You need to make sure you meet your numbers and they really push you! Managers don't know how to manage and how to handle their employees. They show favoritism and it's very unethical.
