You’ll learn what not to tolerate again.

Cons

Micromanagement was out of control. Leaders had no clue what social media actually required—they just barked orders and expected viral success overnight. Original ideas were discarded for “on-brand” repetition. You’ll do five roles under one title and still get blamed for dips in engagement.

Had to say that the boss and people work here are so nice and very respectful. Work as a team and very friendly as well. Like no cap I really like my experience here.

Cons

Some cons are manageable and its not a big deal. All in all it was a great experience.
