Lots of freedom to work, nice people, only a few employees care about the business and doing work at a high level.

Cons

Low pay, lack of good benefits, undisciplined management, alot of employees are lazy and don't listen to higher ranked workers who have seniority, unorganized style of work, alot of favoritism from management to the wrong employees.
