Amazing Benefits with a lot of perks and compensation. A strong corporate culture that takes care of it's employees and is a pleasant place to work since manners are highly regarded.

Cons

Not much opportunity for job growth in the operations departments, only the financial. Extremely difficult to have a work life balance due to the demands of the job.
