Low morale on team with new changes

Their subsidiary K-Star? Terrible, lawsuit waiting to happen for promoting toxic work environments. HR proved they a truly for management even when they know they are protecting horrible leadership. Work place bullying, no empathy, piles work on you, creates unrealistic deadlines, no beneficial communication or direction, biased with those they like, don't measure by performance. Definitely doesn't lead by example nor promote their so called culture. They want a following, a cult, not culture. I honestly do not know how the management at K-Star sleeps at night knowing they are ruining people's lives, being hypocrites, misleading, and being dictators with no accountability. Turnover rate is high. Save yourself the headache, find a better place that is welcoming and truly wants to see you succeed and not be their puppet and slave.
