Strong senior leadership. Innovative and entrepreneurial. Culture of the firm is held in high regard with consistent message from leadership. Growth opportunities for high performers.

Cons

Do more with less approach to staffing, work-life balance is achievable but takes a bit of work. Pay structure is attractive, but room for salary to increase.

Great company at the forefront of private equity. Extremely talented and smart people working there. Everyone vested in company well-being due to stock awards.

Cons

Very difficult to move up once established in a position and becoming a little too bureaucratic.

Pros

Beautiful, well appointed offices in great locations. Great benefits and compensation packages. Work with very interesting and educated people.

Cons

Lack of growth opportunities and no training for employees unless they are at the executive level. Low morale due to corporate structure of top down management. Company culture does not match what they say it is and people are belittled and unappreciated. 360 review process is poorly done and creates a hostile environment.
