Great Pay, Paid Lunch, Pretty Decent Benefits (low contribution)

Cons

Unorganized. The entire office is high anxiety and frightened of the CEO. The level of micro-managing is unreal. The principal will review your email before you send, if you are asked to draft correspondence, it will get double and triple checked. If you walk in confidently, surely you will leave insecure.

Culture is friendly, smart individuals. Collaboration is encouraged in the same office and globally. Pay seems fair, great benefits.

Cons

Long work hours. Promotions are done at the end of the year, regardless of your starting date. Turnover is noticeable, performance is the biggest factor.
